The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying and locating the following suspect wanted for fraudulent use of a credit card.
On Jan. 24, 2014, the suspect entered the Lowes, located at 7825 Rosedale Highway and used a stolen credit card to purchase items.
The suspect captured on video surveillance was described as Hispanic, 30 years old, brown hair and was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
